Roline RS232C TO RS485 Interface Converters

The Roline serial converter allows data to be exchanged between the RS232C and RS485 interfaces, commonly used in the industry. It has a transmission speed up to 108kb/s.

• Transmission distance of up to 1km with AWG28 (0.14mm2) cable
• Point to point or multiple connections possible (simultaneous monitoring of several devices)
• DCE/DTE configurable
• Monitor function for monitoring the exchange of data between two devices (2 receivers in one device) only with the standard model
• Full duplex transmission on 4 lines
• Only data lines are converted
• Optional connection via RJ11 connector or terminal block (4 terminals)
• On the RS232 side is a 25-way sub-D socket
• Power is supplied via the included mains adapter which is fitted with a Euro plug
