This Ethernet cable provides screened Cat6a connectivity for high-speed local networks. It is intended for 10GBASE-T links and PoE++ installations where reduced emissions and controlled combustion by-products are required. The cable uses stranded conductors and layered shielding to support data and powered devices in confined or poorly ventilated environments.
It uses four pairs of 27AWG stranded bare copper conductors.
Each pair has aluminium-mylar foil and the overall cable includes a braided shield.
The operating range is 0°C to 50°C.
The RJ45 connectors have 50-micro gold plating and snagless strain reliefs.
It is backward compatible with Cat6 and Cat5/5e installations.
