Today, we are proudly introducing our own branded RS PRO Adhesive Silicone Mat designed for areas where standard heating methods are challenging to apply. Our Mat is self-adhesive and has etched foil element embedded into a glass cloth supported rubber compound.
It is worth to note that control of the temperature should always be in place.
In order to obtain optimum performance from these products, it is advised that temperature sensing and control elements be used with them.
To make sure the optimum performance for this heater is achievable, both temperature sensing and control elements should play together.
The Heater Mat is not suitable for stand-alone operation.
These heaters shall only be used where adequate electrical, thermal and mechanical barriers are provided to prevent access to hazardous parts without the use of a tool.
