RS Pro Diamond TiN Slotted Screw Bits
RS Pro Diamond TiN CVD bits are top quality screw bits with high performance capabilities. The Diamond coating allows the bit to bite into the screw head and therefore reduces the risk of slippage (reduces the cam-out effect). These bits are fully TiN CVD coated using a high temperature method giving a coating hardness of approx. 95 HRc.
Due to the high performance properties of the coating, these bits allow perfect wear protection, can have higher torques applied to them and ultimately give a longer service life. These bits also feature a longer torsion zone.
