The ON Semiconductor FDC6324L is an integrated load switch within a SuperSOT-6 package. This device utilises the ON Semiconductor high cell density, DMOS technology. This high density cell design is designed to provide minimal on-state resistance and great switching performance.
The SuperSOT-6 surface mount (SMD) package is made using a copper lead frame. This enables superior thermal and electrical characteristics.
The FDC6324L integrated load switch is ideal for low-voltage, high side load switch applications. Zener protection is also included for ESD protection.
