It's designed to keep cable glands held securely in boreholes that don't have a thread, preventing accidental disconnection and disruption to your system. Simply screw the nut onto the end of your cable gland to fix it firmly on a panel or machine. Made from glass fibre-reinforced polyamide, this tough nut is resistant to chemicals, UV rays and oils so it's ideal for heavy industrial use.
This locknut has a M63 thread size. This means it works with larger metric cable glands and grommets, like the polyamide version in the SKINTOP series (807-9837).
