Detalii Produs
Safely disconnect hardware for servicing with this non-fused isolator switch from ABB. It uses a rotary actuator to immediately cut off the current to the connected machines and isolate the circuits, making the appliances safe for close examination. With its 4-pole configuration, the switch isolates up to 4 circuits to prepare more equipment for inspection at once. For added security during maintenance, this unit supports up to 3 padlocks in its off position to keep it locked in place.
Both fused and non-fused isolator switches disconnect individual circuits for servicing. Fused switches use fuses to provide extra protection against electrical surges but may not be suitable for applications that anticipate some amount of overcurrent. Non-fused switches only operate manually alongside an external automatic current protection device.
