This Fibre disc is a high-speed abrasive designed for material removal and surface finishing in industrial settings. It uses precision-shaped ceramic grain on a Fibre backing to deliver aggressive cutting with reduced operator pressure. The disc is intended for use with rapid-rotation hand and power tools in automation, electronics, electrical and mechanical workshops where controlled removal and surface preparation are required.
It features a 22mm centre hole that mates with Roloc-style attachments and compatible back-up pads for Rapid attachment.
An incorporated grinding aid reduces frictional heat and helps limit metal discolouration and stress cracking on heat-sensitive alloys.
The product is supplied in packs of 50 to support batch operations and reduce changeovers.
The discs are supplied in an 80 grit specification for aggressive stock removal while maintaining workpiece control.
