This data cable is a single-pair transmission cable designed for industrial automation and control environments. It provides a compact, flexible connection for signalling and low-voltage data links, built with a stranded copper conductor and a foam HDPE jacket that resists flame spread. The cable is intended for use where mechanical flexibility and stable electrical performance are required across a broad temperature range.
The conductor comprises seven individual copper strands bundled to form a single 0.35mm² core, which increases flexibility compared with solid wire while maintaining conductivity.
The jacket is foam high-density polyethylene formulated to be flame-resistant, reducing flame propagation along the cable jacket in the event of ignition.
The cable carries CE marking and has approvals from CSA and UL appropriate for specified electrical and safety standards referenced on the technical data.
The cable has an outside diameter of 8mm, which simplifies conduit, gland and bending considerations for single-pair runs.
The conductor system is specified for use at up to 300V with continuous service from -30°C ambient to a maximum operating temperature of 75°C.
