Sensirion SFM4100 Digital Mass Flow Meter
The Sensirion SFM4100 is designed to measure flow rate of air and non-aggressive gases and is intended for high volume OEM applications. The sensor is based on Sensirions patented CMOSens® sensor technology, which combines the sensor element, signal processing and digital calibration circuitry on a single microchip. The device has excellent accuracy over a large dynamic range and the flow signal is internally linearized and temperature compensated.
