The Tektronix TBS1000 Series of entry-level oscilloscopes gives engineers, the education sector and enthusiasts a value-for-money, reliable and fully featured instrument for general purpose test applications. TBS1000 waveform limit testing allows the operator to monitor signal changes and output pass/fail results.
