Tektronix FCA3000 & FCA3100 Timer/Counter/Analyzers

Tektronix timer/counter/analyzers offer performance and an abundance of features at an affordable price. With a graphical display and single button analyse key, users can instantly view their measurements with histograms, trend plots or a wide choice of statistics displayed simultaneously on the display, including Allan Deviation. There is the added benefit of multi-parameter measurements from one test connection, e.g., voltage measurements included with frequency. The instruments offer very high measurement speed and connectivity for an automated test system, including a convenient USB port. Measurements can be captured into internal memory at the rate of 250k/sec, or streaming block transfers through USB/GPIB up to 15k/sec.
