SHTW2 Flip-chip Humidity and Temperature Sensor
The Sensirion SHTW2 is a digital humidity and temperature sensor in a tiny WLCSP4 flip-chip SMT package. A complete sensor system is contained within a single chip, and includes a capacitive humidity sensor, a bandgap temperature sensor, analogue and digital signal processing circuits, calibration data memory and a digital interface which supports I2C fast mode communication. The low power consumption and 1.8V operating voltage make this device ideal for mobile or wireless applications where space and available power is limited.
