Sensirion ASF1400/ASF1430 Mass Flow Meters
The Sensirion ASF14x0 Mass Flow Meters enable extremely accurate bidirectional measurement of gas flow over four orders of magnitude. Sensirions CMOSens® sensor technology combines high precision sensor elements with amplification and ADC circuits in single CMOS chips. The devices are fully calibrated and temperature compensated, and are mounted in rugged, chemically inert PBT housings. Typical applications include mass flow metering for process control, medical applications, heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) solutions, and gas flow metrology.
The ASF1430 type has a faster response and is suitable for measuring fast-changing gas flow; it can provide data rates of up to 200 Hz.
