Air Heaters with Connector
Air heaters feature an open coil of high temperature resistance wire electrically isolated in a stainless steel sheath. Because the air being heated passes directly over the resistance wire, maximum heat transfer efficiency is achieved. Ar heaters are used for heat staking, plastic welding, laminating, drying, heat sealing, and any other operation where air needs to be heated up 500°C
Multi-Purpose Process Heaters
In order to obtain optimum performance from these products, it is advised that temperature sensing and control elements be used with them.
Warning
These heaters shall only be used where adequate electrical, thermal and mechanical barriers are provided to prevent access to hazardous parts without the use of a tool.
