These RS PRO patch leads, also known as Ethernet patch cables are manufactured using Category 6 cables, commonly referred to as Cat 6 Cable or Cat6. They are electrical cables often used in office environments to connect computers to a network hub, router or Ethernet switch.

Low Smoke Zero Halogen, commonly termed as LSZH or LSOH cables are used where smoke emission and toxic fumes could cause harm to human health, as well as to essential equipment in the event of a fire.
