Panasonic LF Series Electric Double Layer Capacitors
Panasonic LF Series supercapacitor EDLC also known as "gold capacitors" offer the highest volumetric efficiency of all the capacitor technologies. EDLCs are storage cells that utilize the absorption/ release reaction of ions, often compared to second batteries. Gold capacitors have no limit to the number of charges and discharge cycles they can sustain and do not need a charging circuit, thus repeated rapid charge and discharge cycles are acceptable. Endurance: +85 °C 6000 h (More than 10 years at 40°C) Temperature range: –40°C to +85 °C.
