NCP785A Linear Voltage Regulator
The ON Semiconductor NCP785A is a high performance 10 mA Linear Regulator with a wide operating input voltage range of up to 450 V dc. The NCP785A offers ±5% output voltage accuracy, a high-power supply rejection ratio and low quiescent current of 15 μA (typical) in a compact SOT-89 package.
