The Smart Power Stage (SPS) module is a fully optimised, ultra-compact, designed for non-isolated DC-DC power applications. The module integrates a MOSFET gate driver with a bootstrap Schottky diode, two power MOSFETs, and a thermal monitor. It comes in a thermally enhanced ultra-compact 5 x 5 mm PQFN package and Dual Cool™ Architecture.
The SPS switching power stage is optimised for dynamic performance, with minimum system inductance, and high-power output.
