S12X Series Microcontroller Units
S12X Series are low-cost, 16-bit microcontroller units with enhanced features to that of the S12XD Series including Memory Protection Unit (MPU) and Error Correction Code (ECC) on the Flash memory, enhanced EEPROM functionality (EEE), XGATE and ATD and an internally filtered, frequency modulated Phase Locked Loop (IPLL).
S12X microcontroller units include the standard on-chip peripherals below;
