S12E Series Microcontroller Units
S12E Series are low cost, 16-bit microcontroller units (MCU) that can also interface single 8-bit wide memory for lower cost systems. The integrated PLL circuit allows flexibility with power consumption and performance to suit the operational requirements of the user.
