Molex CP-6.5 6.5mm Wire to Board PCB Header Connectors, 151048 Series
CP-6.5 151048 Series 6.5mm pitch wire to board PCB header connectors for use in consumer and industrial applications. The housings of these CP-6.5 PCB header connectors are colour coded enabling foolproof indentification of mating counterparts and have polarization keys on the housing rib to facilitate accurate mating. These CP-6.5 PCB headers also feature a positive lock mechanism which emits an audible click when the connector is fully mated. The solder tails of these CP-6.5 PCB header connectors have a kinked design for secure PCB retention during the solder reflow process and the headers are 260°C wave solder process capable making them ideal for high temperature assembly process. The absence of drain-holes in these CP-6.5 PCB headers ensures compatability with conformal coating (potting).
Typical applications for these CP-6.5 6.5mm PCB headers include consumer appliances ie washing machines water heaters and air-conditioners and industrial appliances ie industrial controls, HVAC, copiers, vending machines and security sytems.
