KEMET ESD 0603 X7R Dielectric Capacitors
KEMET ESD X7R automotive grade capacitors are suited to various applications where Electro Static discharge (ESD) could damage the capacitor or circuit. These capacitors are ESD qualified by the Human Body Model (HBM) AEC Q200-002. These multilayer ceramic capacitors are temperature stable and have a maximum operating temperature of 125°C.Capacitance range from 1 nF to 220 nF. Suited for applications such as bypass and decoupling and also circuits where Q and stability of capacitance are not critical.
