Keithley 6517B Electrometer/High Resistance Meter
The Keithley 6517B Electrometer is a high resistance 5-digitmultimeter that is the worldwide research laboratory standard for sensitive measurements. 6517B provides reliable measurements of current levels down to 10aA, charge levels down to 1 fC including the highest resistance measurements available. The multimeter is capable of measuring the largest voltage range to 200 V with an input impedance exceeding 200 TΩ. Its low noise and drift performance make it ideal for research on single electron devices, highly resistive nanowires and nanotubes, polymers, and electrochemical applications.
