From 3M™, this Glass Cloth Tape 79 is a 0,177 mm woven insulating glass cloth tape featuring thermosetting, pressure-sensitive adhesive to electrically insulate and provide mechanical protection at temperatures to 150(deg)C.

Used for banding and strapping applications up to 150(deg) C, 3M™ Glass Cloth Tape 79 provides insulation and solvent-resistant protection for use as coil cover, anchor, banding and core, layer and crossover insulation. Edge-tear resistant and conformable. This tape can also be imprinted.

Electrical Tapes

For electrical installation and repair work; soldered joints and seams; insulation of soldered joints, terminals, cable sockets and conduction rails.
