TC620/621 Dual Trip Point Temperature Sensors
The TC620/621 series of dual trip point temperature sensors both have programmable hysteresis and temperature setpoints for thermal management within temperature regulators, CPUs, consumer equipment and power supply over temperature detection designs.
The TC620 has an on-chip temperature sensor whilst the TC621 measures remote temperatures, requiring connection to an NTC thermistor.
