Detalii produs
OSRAM Mini MIDLED Series IR LEDs
The SFH 4451 Mini MIDLED IR emitter, from Osram Opto Semiconductors, produces a narrow beam with a half-angle of 17° and radiant intensity of 60mW/sr at 100mA. The focused beam is achieved through the use of a metalized reflector integrated into the Mini MIDLED. This compact IR LED is only 0.9mm high, making it ideal for applications where high radiant intensity is required but space is limited, such as: light barriers, control and drive circuits, smart phones and optical touch screens.
Warning
Depending on the mode of operation, these devices emit highly concentrated non-visible infrared light which can be hazardous to the human eye.
