Sick's W100 photoelectric sensor is brought to you in a compact, miniature housings with M3 threaded mounting holes. This photoelectric sensor is suited for applications where mounting space is restricted. This photoelectric sensor has a highly visible light spot that simplifies alignment and the polarization filter allows reliable detection of objects with shiny surfaces and prevents false switching. Created and designed to detect and measure physical objects or quantities through emitting (sensing) a field or beam of electromagnetic radiation, an object is detected through measuring alteration in the return.
